The first week of Spring in Humboldt County has been welcomed in with bright warm days and this weekend is no exception! There’s so many great things happening in our area this season, even some special annual events like the Arcata Ball and the Fortuna Daffodil Festival are back… It’s easy to see that the community has a lot to share and we are all excited that our special social opportunities are coming back to life.

TACTICAL SHOTGUN SKILL BUILDER WORKSHOP

THERAPUTIC JOURNALING WORKSHOP
12N-1P, In this workshop they will discuss the value of journaling, ways to bring more journaling into your life and have success with it, and explore some prompts with writing time. Hosted at the Unbound Writing Center in Sunny Brae Center, Arcata.
SOHUM FIRE SAFETY FRIDAY
12-4P, Fire season is coming, is your home ready? A group of Garberville residents have taken the initiative and will share what they have learned from fire safety experts across California. Find out how to make your home, and our whole community, more resilient to better survive the next wildfire event. Meet up is at the Garberville Town Square!
STATIONARY BIRDING & WILDLIFE VIEWING AT MOONSTONE BEACH

Sales of over 40 types of daffodils start when the show opens on Saturday at 1P and continue until gone. Entries are accepted Friday 3-8P and Saturday 8-10A.
